Dreams can be Deceiving

Dreams can be taken too seriously,

Why do I interprete them so literally?

Sometimes my dreams are so scary

That I pray they never come true.

Why, then, did this one seem so real?

I've had another since then,

And it has totally turned 

Everything upside down.

Why can't life be simple 

Like it used to be?

Wake up, go to school,

Go home, watch cartoons, 

Play for a while, 

And go to sleep.

Maybe it's time for me 

To start playing again!!!
