Dark Eternity
Dusted and fadin’ and fallin’ from grace
Feel like I’m in last place
In this human race
I used to shine bright like the rays of the sun
But now I’m eclipsed
By your love for that one.
Freefallin’, speedin’ headlong to my doom
From your bright white light
To the depths of my gloom
Here in the abyss where my monsters all dwell
I’ll spend my dark eternity
In my own private Hell.
