Between The Velvet and The Fringe

You lie between the velvet and
the fringes of my mind, bending
the curves, the angles, the fluid
motions of my body with yours
in mystical mind embrace.
Surrendering tantric rhythms to
your mouth, cosmic whisperings
breathing heaven and hell mercifully,
yielding, whimpering, begging
for release. Synchronously we float
atop the universe, knowing light,
searching for eternity. Then slowly,
carefully, lovingly, putting you back,
between the velvet and the fringes,
as close, as my waiting heartbeat.
