Indescribable
I took a moment, a few seconds
My heart and mind gave me a sign
What they say is a language unknown
The words ran deeper than meaning
The feelings scared, and made me strong
Then I realized, I felt this for her
What to call it, I don’t know
It’s a feeling, a knowing, and a seeing
About what it should be
A powerful imprint
Strong as my spirit
Weak as my body
Break, never
Fade, always
More thinking
Then I would know
I have to know, but thinking isn’t enough
Only feeling can ever describe the indescribable
