Light

Light

The light from those eyes, deep pools of mystery,
Your wicked smile, half suggestive, half hesitant,
The soft caress of whispered breath,
Faintly erotic, inescapably sensual.

I couldn’t escape from you, ever.
No matter how desperately, faithfully I tried,
Your existence draws me to you, fatally
To die a death in your arms.

The exhaustion of incessant thought,
Floating images of you surround me,
A sweet tiredness borne from pleasure,
The hardships of excessive imagination.

You are my magic, my elixir to life
The world turns and life is beautiful
Night and day are filled with light
Light, passion, desire – your creation.
