When i come home this May
And sit across from you
Will you look at my wife
Through years of loneliness?
That you've hidden so well
From your fatherless baby girl
The life of your dull parties
Where the smoke and booze wont mix anymore
And your daily walks
Through the snow and rain
Just to ease the loneliness
That i feel ive caused
Pity cant bring us back together again
But we did have so much in common
Except deep,deep love
Just dont look at me so much
'Cuz i just may have to look away
..way way back...
