LOVE STORY

As the young man prepared to get ready, he noticed a slight anxious feeling present in his stomach. It had been all of two weeks since he had last seen her and the thought of her gentle touch had consumed his mind. He could hardly wait to share her breath or search her eyes, which always conveyed the love that she felt for him so clearly.

He had spent the last couples of days envisioning how this night would transpire. Recalling fragments of there past nights spent together, he was able too mentally recreate the passion that he and she have always felt for one another. But now just an hour away from reuniting, he felt an impatient lust, realizing she was but a short distance away.

Now closer than ever, he could not help but curse the irony, as the once quick drive now seemed to take an eternity. Proceeding northbound, memories of there past were brought to life with the appearance of any familiar settings once enjoyed together. As he pulled into the rural driveway, his heart danced with the notion of excitement. The hours once spent removed from her were no longer a reality.

In the past when time was not of consequence he may have parked the car, but now filled with the jubilance of young love he wasted no time and headed for the door. As he ascended on the quaint yellow house he noticed that the front door was now slightly ajar. And then in such a simple moment, he was able to catch her sight in the moonlight sky and thus stuck by everything that their love represented. And as they proceeded to kiss he could not help but think that yet another chapter had been written in this true love story……
