Off Ramp
off ramps were looped just for times like these
when i turn hastily at the first sign of inclement weather
or a tasty freeze
only to discover that the ominous cloud ahead
is a mere gathering of geese
or, i really wasn't that hungry after all
i'll have to floor it to regain ground
but, i'm assured i'll be headed in the right direction
