scarlet lips
hungry lips poise
above a scarlet paint stick
daring to be bold
and with one swipe of naughty color
smack seductively to set the mood
for an evening of fun
one glance in the mirror
is proof enough
it is all she needs
the second swipe is for herself
and she is through
as she can be whatever her lips tell her to
she smiles at the possibilities
probablities have always bored her
all she needs is scarlet lips
anything more would discredit her
