Basic Life
My life is so depressing, not near perfect by far
I go through so many problems, harder than they really are
I can appear to be happy with no care in the world
It's easy for me cause I'm no ordinary girl
It started awhile ago when I met this young cat
Things got really hectic, it wasn't supposed to go like that
I was sure I was in love, of we had ups and downs
So now I'm left wondering why do I go visit him while he's 6 feet underground
Now alone I'm left to raise two kids on my own
Wishing I could tell the future, how they will be when they're grown
I live my life day by day always expecting the worse
Knowing something is going to happen giving me reason to curse
I'll always think positive and work toward my goals
But of course you can't stop destiny for that's how life goes!!
