Can to Can't


What Love can do:

            offer a moment's respite
            spark to warm a heart gone cool
            ease a care
            or shine beacon bright
            to light the path of the weary traveler.

What Love can't do:

             eliminate a journey
             help a heart carry it's own pack
             fully erase on old ache
             and no kiss softly given
             could replace the thousand
             someone forgot to give.
