I Lost
I Lost Everything!
You came into my life like a bomb.
Your life wasn't going well.
I was on top of the world.
One week later I lost you.
Well I thought I did.
Then I found you on line again,
This time I came to you.
We were doing great, I thought.
Then I forgot my ring at home,
You came to me upset,
Understandable since that has
never happened before.
Later that day you came to me,
You told me we weren't doing so good,
I was to independent,
I should go back home.
I e-mailed my children to let them know
I was coming home,
Well home to them.
My home was with you.
The next day you changed your mind.
I was on a cloud, with you I thought.
I e-mailed my children,
Told them I was staying.
Guilt trip number 2
First one you gave me.
About leaving my youngest son,
He was happy with me being there.
You told me it would be best if I went.
So we made plans for me to leave.
You made me feel unwanted until I left.
You didn't even touch me.
Sure you kissed me,
Held me a little at night.
Made it look like you cared.
Even shed a few tears.
Well I left on schedule.
Got here that night.
Hated it from the minute I got there.
So I made a decision.
I was going to come back to you.
Ha Ha big joke on me.
You had decided you didn't want me.
It wasn't even 48 hours later.
Maybe all you wanted form me,
were the things you had left behind,
From when you were here,
I don't know.
All I know is I lost everything,
You, well you got what you want.
It was very good for me,
