Sunrise Crystal Prisms

awaken

to sunrise,

crystal prisms,

rainbow colors

dancing on my head,

pulling covers

not wanting to see,

then peeking slowly,

watching, as they

flirt with mirrors,

dance vaulted ceiling,

shimmer on walls,

hide behind doors,

peek under quilts,

kiss my lips, saying,

‘wake up sleepyhead

here I am.’

everything you see,

every breath you take,

red hot flame

to slow blue heat,

colors of beauty

reminding

of exquisite sensual

magic, morning love,

in prisms of light,

playing, teasing

mind desire of you.
