Looking at me with tender eyes,
The sweet whisper of your voice,
the smile I see when you're truly happy,
making love to you,
the feeling of you against me,
your tender kiss,
the way your fingertips caress my back,
what I feel when I am completely helpless
in your arms,
as you hold my head in your hands
to take away my pain,
being able to completely give
all of myself
without fear
to you;
knowing that at one time
you loved me
with all of your heart.
Even if only for a brief time,
my memories will last a lifetime.
