The Anne of Green Gables series are my favorite books of all time. I can totally see myself in Anne. I just finished watching the Anne of Avonlea movie, and here are the last few lines. They made me bawl right on the spot! Gilbert (don't make fun of the name) said: "I hope you keep on dreaming... There won't be any sunbursts or marble halls." And Anne replied: "I don't want any marble halls.. I just want you." *******SIGH******* :) |
