She stood under the doorway, watching me laughing hysterically, like babies do that bit of jam on her face didn't help matters it was killing us both just sticking to her face I told her to beware of things to come and she stopped, gave me an evil eye and laughed again. I warned her I'm not easy to live with but she moved in anyway I tried to explain I'm an old guy set in my ways but like a kitten at play she just looked at me and purred. I love how she purrs. |
