I've never felt like this before. This is not infatuation. I see his faults, And I see his good points. What are we? Are we friends, or are we more? No passion exchanged, But maybe it's better that way. He's an awesome friend! I miss him when he's not around, And I cherish the times we are together. I love sitting in his arms And listening to his intellectual prattle. I guess I'll see what manifests. I do believe in fate. But I also believe that patience Brings many gifts. (It brought this one, didn't it?!) |
