In time, there will come a day, that the memory of you will fade away. I'll forget to wake up in the morning, and think of you first thing. I'll go about my day, and forget to remember the sweet things you would say. I'll forget to cry myself to sleep, not another weep, not another peep. And I'll forget to dream about you, how your love seemed so true. But until then, I'll picture your loving face, and how you showed me love in many ways. I'll remember your kind smile, maybe just for a little while. And I'll hold you close to my heart, never really letting us part. |
