For some reason, my Hubby has to have 'an outfit for every occasion'. He has the outfit he wears when he gets up, another for doing house chores, another for going out, I could go on and on. (However, despite having an outfit for every occasion, for some reason - maybe due to growing up in Africa- he doesn't have one for being cold. If he is in his chilling out outfit, i.e. t-shirts and shorts, he will turn on the heating, rather than put a jumper on if it gets a bit cold, even in summer.) Anyway, today he was in his chilling out outfit. A friend was online telling me about this rather cool CD that was free in one of today's papers. So Hubby decides to go to the shop to get it, and begins his 'getting ready' mission. His ritual starts with lighting a cigarette to think about it. He then goes upstairs, gets changed, trying on loads of T-shirts in the process, and checks his dreadlocks. All this to go to the local shop which is only 30 metres away from the front door. It's not as if some foxy chick worked there either. He zooms out and within 2 minutes is back, with the paper. He goes upstairs and gets changed back into a chilling outfit, which is different of course, to the original! AAaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrggggghh |
