You plucked the stars, each one by one,
and shined them to twinkle just for me.
You searched the moon and the sun
for moonbeams and sunbeams with glee.
You brought me the ocean and a river,
told me their story as I sat by your knee.
Took the wobble from my world, a giver,
loved me from my loneliness to this WE.
