THIS SHELL: Inside Out

climb inside this shell with me
this makes a nice place to hide
and compose my little thoughts
then compost what's left of life

this shell holds all I really need
to totally keep me in or you out
it has enough room for my bath
or holds enough water to drown

climb inside this shell with me
it makes a nice place for lovers
tho' join me here without reality
or let's pound it to pavement out
