I love Peter Jennings he's so debonair with his self-assured speech, a little gray in his hair. On those sad days when disaster strikes with his shirt-sleeves rolled up he gets me through the night. Terrorists, kidnappings, murders and anthrax Peter spells it all out he's got all the facts. I don't care that he's been married three times, no, four, Peter is still welcome at my bedroom door. He's older than my dad but he's smarter than hell, and older men do some things exceedingly well. On September 11, you can find me spending the day with Peter Jennings on ABC. |
