The root of happiness is compassion, not necessarily "love" in itself. What is "love"? Is there really a meaning? Not really one meaning. Love is many things. I'm still thinking about what "love" is for me. There are so many different ways to love! It's like wearing one color for the rest of your life, could you do it? down to the shoes. There are different colors, shades, hues..... They are all just very different: like love. If I had to get to the root of what love means to me, all said and done, ultimately, it is compassion. |
