Forgive me underground serpents Forgive me earth owners Forgive me ancestors Forgive me unknowable high above Forgive me unknown You have loved and loved... And this love affair of human affairs on earth Has deceited you again and again Forgiveness is not enough again and again You suffer in this relationship And like the earth without the light of the sun You are dying -- flying -- You can not exist without respect and love Is an end to the relationship the answer? Everything will just die? Maybe the answer is not an end, but a new beginning A new consciousness must awaken. A lover will only die without it's lover. The human race has not been a lover to our earth, but an enemy. It is time to thaw the frozen heart from the ice age. Why is love so complicated on earth? |
