| So here we are 2003, new start. I sit here watching the New year rain run down my window like tears for the year gone by . I stood at my window at midnight and watched the fireworks light the sky. Out there amongst the millions of people celebrating you were locked in a New year embrace with the luckiest man on earth, does he even know it I wonder.Strangely there were no tears this year as I took a sip of wine, time to let you go , its been too long.If I say you will never cross my mind again then I,m only fooling myself, but the dream of you has died now. So today is different as I look out the same window and feel the New year tears run for the last time. |
