The demons of desire

I wanted to body-slam you
Hurl my self at you full force
And shock all your senses
Leave you breathless with the impact of me
As the fire in your kiss rushed through my veins
And made me want to scream

You played with my mind again and again
Came close, then kissed, the pulled away
The desire burning in your dark eyes
Denying the truth of your little boy smile
Until at last abruptly drawing close
You whispered, "scream into my mouth"

As passion overrode all else
Love robbed us of our senses
And lust blew our minds away
You inhaled me like cigarette smoke
I left my scent in the folds of your clothes
And the demons of desire were sated once again
