There I was Minding my business Doing some classwork Talking to friends Getting some weird notes from someone Trying to get my work done My train of thought was gone I stopped and go Go and stopped Then get back on track Suddenly My teacher called me I thought I was in trouble Kept calling me I looked at him With a blank stare Raised my hand For not knowing the reason why Then I saw this guy With a flower in hand Now at that moment When I still looked stupified But finally realized That someone sent me A long red rose From there I knew who it was from Didn't took me by surprise It was obvious to me Because there's only one person Who would do such a thing for me His gift I can't believe Though it was just a red rose But I thought that was sweet Smiled as I breathed All I can say is I liked his gift |
