When I look up at the sky There are many stars I see But they lie so far away Their beauty is unknown to me I have tried to reach out before Have jumped high on my feet I have tried to open heaven's door So starlight would rain down on me But no matter how far I reach Every star I touch fades away There is nothing left but dark holes In many places of my heart it seems Today, I wake up to brightness Is it another star, another dream She has something beyond all the shapes That in this world I have already seen Those piercing eyes, that heavenly smile The flavor of life in my heart she breathes I dare not reach out to this beautiful sight Until this light first reaches out to me Don't fade away!!! |
