you make me laugh i can never stay mad at you for long you take care of me when i need you to and you tolerate my chaos sometimes i lose the romance on aisle nine of Fred Meyer's when we've done 300 errands sometimes when our bank account gets low i worry too much and we stress each other out, say things we don't mean i'm not mysterious anymore now you've seen the granny panties as well as the lace thongs it's a scary world out there and we've chosen to battle it together and when i stand up there i know i'll mean "i do" with every last breath in my lungs you know me you understand me and you still love me i just can't wait to spend the rest of my life taking care of the man that always takes care of me |
