Til Then Threw tear filled eyes I kissed you softly Threw a whispered voice I said "I love you always" Tho my heart was breaking, I found the strength to turn from you Walking away from you as my body turned to you over and over in a act all its own as hot tears slid down my face. Walking threw the tunnel in a daze, telling myself over and over again just why I was leaving if it hurt this damn bad Watching the clear blue sky beneath the clouds, telling myself "it's only a little while" and hearing the soft sobs as I realized just how long that little while could be. Walking threw the tunnel in a daze...this is a new day,, and he would not want me this way..... Making a promise to myself and softly saying "Til Then , My Love" |
