I'd almost welcome the obscene caller
at least I'd have some fun with him

nope, no phone sex
just asking him to wait until
I got my cigarettes, drink, medications
but I don't use these ... still

maybe I should to pass the time alone
hoping it will be you calling
the next time I pick up the phone
