RE: Call (RECALL) in remembering how we talked to each other
always of people, the land, the sky, the earth
and how we had love for each, one another
recall the sight of people smiling, the rebirth

in love, conversations with our eyes enough

day granted us the feeling of peace enough
evenings, we'd sit, out on a porch in a swing
holding hands with each other, inventory stuff
enjoy the evening until the phone would ring

on phone, I'd overhear you, laughing or gruff

then you'd come out to share the phone call
some happiness or news of family or friends
we'd discuss a situation, lives, one and all
reasons for our sharing never ends -- but did
