| you won me that bear. and since that day, that night i should say, every night i havent been able to be with you, to hold you, i held it. i came with me to the shore, because i'd toss and turn without it, its my reminder of you when you cant remind yourself, it reminds me of when things were easy and when you didnt need any time to yourself. it reminds me that this isn't permanent. that there is still hope. it reminds me that i am yours. so i cling to my bear with its green hat and "love you" heart. soft plush white body. and then hopefully soon i will hold on to you... |
