The wind around me, stars above me. Empty road ahead of me and today behind me. I want to run away, so far away. Find a place where my heart no longer aches and my soul is no longer lost. Where my eyes aren't full of tears and my head isn't full of memories. I don't want to be scared anymore. I don't want to be sad anymore. I don't want to worry anymore. I don't want to hurt anymore. I don't want to lose you. I want to stop the tears before they blind me I want to stop the pain before it finds me. I want to run before you run. |
