The flame cannot go out I refuse to blow I need one thing to be said and I want you to know I respect your wise decisions and Your insightful reminiscing Though I said Sa La Vie in toying You must know, you have been the only thing that has kept me going So keep on making those right decisions and I 'll follow with sound judicious Our lives are very different this I've come to learn Though I've seen myself exploring ideas that has given me great concern I love you for what you are and for what you're not Perhaps I've only been kidding myself and these things I should just forgot But fogey I will be Because I think you truly do care for me.
