| Of all the kisses we will have along the way there is only one that we really remember.We rarely remember the first because we know not where it will lead.The first is filled with anticipation,excitement,pre kiss decisions,lean left or right,tongue or no tongue.We move in,adjust as required and take the plunge into one of lifes scariest adventures.We never consider the last kiss so we never think how hard it would or could be,if we did would there ever be a first.For myself the last kiss held sadness but also more passion,more love and became a stronger memory because I knew it was the last.After all the years I can still recall that night,the scent of you,the softness of your lips, the last time I would feel your fingers tangled in mine and there are times I wish I couldn,t.The last kiss.If I didn,t know would that have made it easier?.Would we want to know? |
