What to say... I don't want to argue I don't want to scream No more angry words stabbing at the heart What to say at this time... No words come to mind What I want to say I can't find the words You and I Two different people Two different worlds But we are a family You Me Our baby girl Not who we were, not who we thought Why can't we just talk Really talk Try to understand eachother It isn't about Me changing to like what you like Or You changing to like what I like It is about respecting our differences And loving one eachother for them Sometimes I react wrong I say the wrong thing I don't take time to listen I don't think before I act Sometimes you say the wrong thin you don't listen you react wrong you don't think before you act But, GOD, who cares Lets just get back to the love, back to "us" |
