Well it has been a long day for us both You went to work I went to work I made you lunch, but instead you ate out I didn't eat, you said we should pinch pennies I got off work, picked up our daughter You got off of work, drove for hours Now you are home You hungry "Baby what is for dinner?" Like I had time to cook The little girl takes up my time I tried to clean up But she is literally screaming for my attention Rabbit shit on the floor "God I hate the little shitter!" There you are sitting on the couch And you still want dinner So I begin Trying to make a feast from the food we have It won't be much I hope you appreciate it Anyway, I did my best Now time for "Underground" At least for you Me, I have dishes to do A baby's bath to give Diapers to change I want to play "Sims or Wheel of Fortune" But I can't Little monkey won't let me No you are tired, you want to go to bed So do I damn it! But our daughter isn't tired So I have to stay up I want to lay beside you and cuddle I really do I want to love on you and love with you I really do But I can't Do you understand yet, I can't There are other things that won't let me But believe me, I want to I want you But you probably still don't get it. |
