Flowers of summer have come and gone Their fragrance of late still lingers on Like the soulful mist once left in my eyes Brings longing tears that just want cry I speak of my longing as something of strength Our measurable feelings of such great length The distance that's been drawn So careful and strong I even still long to just belong To the gathering of conscious And power of will My everlasting power is apart of you still The allow me to just exist Is about to give way to the feelings I miss Don't free the senses that has been achieved Stay in this realm let it be Us, me, find away to see If just the presence of love sustains Us together can remain |
