| In a parallel universe, we are happy and together. And I'm still happy currently but I'm one minus without you here. The Princess Bride movie was based off our love, yet why haven't you come for me. I thought nothing could stop true love. It doesn't happen every day, you know! You can do it...you can come for me. You will be happy. You've put us in this impossible position. I saw you digging yourself into that place over the last many years. I told you to stop, but you kept going. And now you fancy the thought of us. But it's a reality that can never happen or at least one that you aren't willing to try for because of the risks and the consequences. Beware...not having me is a consequence in itself, in case you haven't noticed. One day you may find yourself wishing you had come for me. And the blustery wind will blow the open space where I once stood. Because I love you more than anyone ever in my life. But I also need you to be part of my life. Don't let this pass beneath you and disappear into the void below. My hand grasps yours in sweaty splendor and never wants to let go. |
