Before this love consumed me I was a dark star, an empty glass, a blistering wind, a dry beach. But when you touched me I felt the ground shift my heart strings were plucked in a joyous crescendo a surprise symphony. A shattering light broke through me and shone from my eyes to my fingertips and around and between my thighs. This dark star became bright, the glass overflowed, the wind was a tender sweet caress this beach a fast rising tide.
