I felt incomplete for a while, I felt alone, I felt scared. Until you came back into my life And you showed me that you cared. We've crossed paths before We had our moment in time I moved on, not so easily But I kept you in the back of my mind. I guess we all get a second chance Because I never thought we'd be here again This time we'll get to know eachother This time we'll start out as friends Maybe I can make you happy Maybe you'll do the same for me Maybe we'll fall in love Maybe we'll just have to see But right now I know I like it here I know i feel safe and whole We balance each other out You're my warmth when I am cold I'm glad we have this chance again I'm happy when I'm with you I'm excited to see where this will go And I hope that you are too So take my hand and guide me I'll be sure to hold on tight Because when I'm here with you Everything seems to feel right We have our ups and downs As I'm sure all people do But we talk everything out We always seem to work things through So please be gentile with me This package is marked "fragile" My heart has had so many breaks It's been through many trials So I'll be gentle with you also I'll try to never lie I know that I'm not perfect But I will always try If its bad I'll try to make good I'll try to keep us content I'll try not to be a pain And I'll try not to vent But if I do please bare with me We are all human after all I'm just glad that you're here with me I'll be there to catch you when you fall I'll give you 1/2 my heart to hold Until you decide you want all of me Then the other half is yours as well And together we'll be complete. 21 Jan 06 ~*Corinna*~ |
