Before you I was locked in a box four walls made of fear were barriers to protect me from want and need. I'd shut my heart down carefully cleaned and put it away so sure I would never love again. But there you were beside me and with one kiss my world fell open. Blood ran I breathed deeply for what felt like the first time. My heart began to thaw and tick the walls fell away I let you in.
