She thinks of seeing him again but knows it's not to be At night she is at her worst The darkness imitates her longing for him. It covers her world and pulses her veins. The loneliness poisons her air And emulates heat She cannot sleep without him She closes her eyes The heat surrounds her And darkness is all she can see. |
