I can't pass for an expert on this course anymore when driving this long, it's either purely stubborn ignorance, foolish pride or a classic case of indifference. In any case I've crossed that line overreaction or inaction and it's only the pure denial in the outcome that's bringing me down. So pull me out of the car, it's burning, the twisted metal and flame, seventeen stitches and Novocaine, and I'll be out on the street again.
