A year ago today you decided to stay And I, well I needed to be convinced a bit. Having over and over again been through it. But those dinners, those roses, that little-boy smile Brought me to the place we now are. And so much has happened, so many tears To make it seem it's been more than a year. But still here we are, side by side Showing the doubters they're in for a ride. And I haven't a moment of regret, not one I love you, and never once thought to run! |
