Untitled

I've discovered that we all have our own crayon boxes. Some people are content with the 8 pack.  Simple, clean, elementary colors.  Some have the 24 box. A little more variety but still limited to 24. The 48 count people have a little more of what I need. The 64 or more is perfect...for me...and the 96, well, as much as I think I have the 96 count box (or more!), most people don't. Those who do are the very artistic types and too similar to myself. What do the 48 and 96 have in common? Well, for one we have some crayons in common. Some crayons are specific to me and some to her. I am a firm believer in having separate interests as well as those we choose to share. Some crayons, however are absolutes. There are some that I cannot live without, in my box and in hers. These are not to be sacrificed. I want someone to share crayons with, but who is still comfortable in her own box with her own colors. Neither dictates the other. I also have the special box ... they smell! Because what's life, without smelling the colors?

Tell me about your crayons ... I'll tell you about mine.
