It started out so wonderful It was like we were meant to be The I love you's were being said To you and to me Then the dark clouds rolled in And things weren't so sweet The accusations, the mistrust And it just got worse from there We tried so hard To make it work, day after day But nothing seemed to help I'm going to turn this Heart to stone Even tho i'll always Be living alone And from now on The I love you's will be Better left unsaid |
