2006 King size pillow top bed (nice medium softness) Soft silky sheets and lots of pillows You promise to: Maintain an order of cleanliness (with a regard for the clean sheets) Provide a drama free sleeping environment Keep yourself physical fit & trim (as do I; 6’5” 245 lbs) Tolerate my weinie dog I promise to: Wash the sheets at least every two weeks(or in case of an emergency, right away) Make your side of the bed every morning( as soon as your out of your 1/2) Keep my 12 lb mini weiner dog off your side (shes so cute) Maintain peace & quiet (during your sleep time) The lease part will be a verbal agreement and can be only on the weekends, if you wish. (however the purchase option will require some paperwork) |
