Pennies in a fountain My feet they still touch the ground, My feelings under control, Then again my head’s in the clouds, I wouldn’t confess a word at all, But I guess you could always tell.. CHORUS- From the way I throw all my pennies in a fountain, Make those wishes pile up like a mountain, I even tried wishing on a shooting star, But its light just went jaded and dim at a far, All for the sake of being with you.. Royalty with your crown on and the world at your feet, I’d give it all up; I’d give it all up for our eyes to meet, I long for your face each morning and for your smile to shine, I miss you every day and can’t wait to call you mine..
